Your services
Services (/services) lists everything you ordered: hosting, servers, licences and other products, with their status, billing cycle and next due date.
#Manage a service
Open a service to:
- See its details and, for hosting and servers, the login details and the management actions your provider enabled (for example reboot or reset password).
- Log in to the control panel with one click, when supported: PeltyCMS signs you in to the panel with a one-time link.
- Upgrade or downgrade: switch to another plan. An upgrade creates a prorated invoice: the new plan for the rest of the current period, minus a credit for the unused part of the old plan.
- Renew now: pay the next period early.
- See usage for metered products.
- Request cancellation, either immediately or at the end of the billing period. You can withdraw the request until it is processed.
#Downloads and projects
Downloads (/downloads) has files your provider made available, some only to customers of a product. Projects (/projects) shows work your provider is doing for you.
