# Your services

**Services** (`/services`) lists everything you ordered: hosting, servers, licences and other products, with their status, billing cycle and next due date.

## Manage a service

Open a service to:

- See its details and, for hosting and servers, the login details and the management actions your provider enabled (for example reboot or reset password).
- **Log in to the control panel** with one click, when supported: PeltyCMS signs you in to the panel with a one-time link.
- **Upgrade or downgrade**: switch to another plan. An upgrade creates a prorated invoice: the new plan for the rest of the current period, minus a credit for the unused part of the old plan.
- **Renew now**: pay the next period early.
- See **usage** for metered products.
- **Request cancellation**, either immediately or at the end of the billing period. You can withdraw the request until it is processed.

## Downloads and projects

**Downloads** (`/downloads`) has files your provider made available, some only to customers of a product. **Projects** (`/projects`) shows work your provider is doing for you.
