# Your account

This guide is for customers using the PeltyCMS client area. Your provider may have renamed or hidden some pages; the paths below are the defaults.

## Sign up and sign in

- **Register** at `/register`. Some providers ask you to confirm your email address: follow the link in the email (`/verify-email`), or ask for a new one from the banner after signing in.
- **Sign in** at `/login` with your email and password, a passkey, or a single sign-on button (Google, GitHub, Microsoft and others) if your provider enabled them. If you set up two-factor authentication you are asked for a code next.
- **Forgot your password?** Use `/forgot-password`; the email contains a link to `/reset-password`.

## Your details

- **My details** (`/my-details`): name, company, address, tax number and any extra fields your provider asks for. These appear on your invoices.
- **Account** (`/account`): your profile and avatar, password, and sub-accounts: invite other people to your account with their own sign-in and limited access.
- **Sessions** (`/sessions`): where you are signed in, two-factor authentication, passkeys and your security question. See [Security](client-security.md).
- **Email history** (`/emails`): every email sent to you.
- **Terms of service**: when your provider publishes new terms you are asked to accept them before continuing.

## Privacy

From your account you can download an export of your personal data, or request erasure of your account. Erasure requests are reviewed by your provider, because invoices must be kept for legal reasons.
